These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laurentavie platform and website operated by Laurentavie Technologies Inc. ("Laurentavie", "we", "us" or "our"), located at 1200 Bay Street, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M5R 2A5, Canada. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Description

Laurentavie provides a digital platform for information analysis, data organisation and workflow automation. The platform is a general digital tool and does not constitute a regulated professional service of any kind. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access to the Laurentavie platform is subject to an access-request process. You must submit a request and receive approval before using the platform's features. Laurentavie reserves the right to approve or decline access requests at its discretion. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful activity or in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
  • Transmit harmful, misleading or disruptive content through the platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy or distribute platform features or content without authorisation.
  • Use the platform on behalf of a third party without disclosure.

4. No Guarantees or Promises

Laurentavie provides information-processing and analysis tools. The platform does not make any representation about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any output for any purpose. No outcomes, results or specific performance are promised or implied. Users act on platform outputs at their own discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software and materials on the Laurentavie platform are the property of Laurentavie Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laurentavie Technologies Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid for access, if any.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published at laurentavie.com/terms.html. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
